This is a scammer.. Do not take it seriously.. They are saying that my sister owes them $10,000 from an internet scam when in reality they are the scam artists. Please just hang up on them and curse them out like I did..The same guy I spoke to gave me different names-Jeff Patterson,Brian Martin.. How can an indian person have an American name??
Received a call from this number stating that he needed myself or my attorney to call him right away. He would not say what company he was from, what this was about. I called the number and the operator said it was not in service to try another number
A person with a really stron Indian accent called me, my sister and my co-worker stating that i was running a scam and took out $10,000 in loans and he was trying to get them to pay it through Western Union because they were guaranteers on this. BULL!!! I know 100% that this is a SCAM and have already reported them to the Federal Trade Commision and urge all of you to do the same. They told me that they were gonna send me the court paperwork but of course never did. Report them asap and do not give them any personal info. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened to me and they all turned out to be SCAMS!!!!

A person with a strong accent from India who says he is Brian Martin with the Federal Credit Union calls collecting a debt for BMG Group. I was suppose to have gotten a "pay day check loan" over the internet and never paid the loan back. Basically I now owed a huge sum of money and that legal actions will be taken against me and my credit will be ruined if I didn't pay up. He was willing to settle for a much lower amount if I paid it over the phone. I could also send it through Moneygram.com to a James Austin. Or to a Post Office Box. What a scam!!!
