Same thing here. First saw the number on caller ID and was expecting a call from California, so I hit redial - no answer. Then the voice mail message appeared, and it sounded mechanical, not human.
Got three calls from this number within 24 hours. First one left a message IRS, call back ASAP before we come after you. Called back, definitely a scam.
