Who called from 4155992986

Just received a call saying Maria is stranded and needs money.

I got calls and text messages at 6 o'clock in the morning saying he was stranded and needed help

I've received several text messages from this number usually in the mid-night!

Keep receiving multiple text messages from this number and am not understanding the meaning or why I am receiving them.  The area code is for San Francisco, CA and I am in the midwest so am confused.  The messages are as follows:

Devang:  Everything is okay, just checking in.

Sometimes it is Devang, sometimes Devang Shah, and sometimes Sweetheart.  Very odd, I'd love to know why I am getting these.

This number is associated with the app Life 360. If one of the people on your group hit the panic button it will call and let you know they need help and send messages via the app as well.
