Who called from 4155992994

Called with voicemail indicating they were from IRS and I should contact them immediately.  I returned the call and a man with a middle eastern accent answered saying "IRS".  The noises in the background didn't match an IRS office and I wouldn't provide any additional info.  I suspect it's a scam

Listened to answering machine recording. I checked on internet immediately. bogus

Listened to the message, bogus IRS call, do NOT return the call.  Said name was Nicky

Same thing, robotic recording "from IRS".
