Called, left no message.  Caller ID says California

1/7/16 - 6:12 PM - no message - scammer for sure like almost ALL area code 415 and 408 are

Called, left no message, blocked call

1:25 PM - called again - this time robo message left about some sort of survey allegedly related to voting which at survey end it probably turns into a pitch for duct cleaning, home improvement or solar panels.  I absolutely hate these low life pieces of [expletive]........

Area codes 415  Are SF and North Bay, 408 San Jose, Ca Vut agreed, this was a hangup call, so SOME sorr of telemarket/scam
