Who called from 4156121708

I got a call from this number a couple days ago. On home phone, caller ID shows number, they never leave message (surprise!) but no idea who it is.  Also, same area code and prefix but 1361 instead, calls, same story.

I also got a call from Novato, Ca.  I don't like to answer any unknown calls.  Anyway, I block it and don't have to deal with another scammer.

Called 4pm. No message.

Left no message. I assume a telemarketer.

Telemarketer/spammer. They left a message. There was a guy with an Indian accent asking things like "Hello. How are you doing today?" and there was call center noise in the background.
