No message just hangs up so I called back to see if someone will pickup the line and nobody answered  I'm tired of these telemarketing people calling everyday  landline and cellphone number what good is it to be on the do not call list if these companies continue to use  unknown numbers and can't even block them anymore like before

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.
