Irritating woman who claims she's "not selling anything" but then paints BS about "utility rates going up 25 percent! And that's a fact! There is a pot of money from the government to pay for solar ..." and then as she shouted over me I said "you ARE selling solar, stop calling me!" And I hung up. I feel sorry for anyone who'd be taken in by pitches like this.
