I received a call from this number, but didn't recognize it and let it roll over to voicemail. The caller left no message. I called the number and got a telephone company recording saying the number s not in service. This usually means it's a scammer spoofing a non-working number to conceal their true number/identity.
They called and left no message. I called back and a recording also said that it was a non-working phone number. Phone blocked to be on the cautious side. I am on the no call list. Still on the average I received 3 unknown phone calls per week.
Call came in at 9AM. It was identified as Novato, CA. The pause after my pickup indicated it was from a phone bank. The call operator's first question was "may I speak to the home owner"? After I asked for a repeat of the question the caller said "have a nice day" and hung up to go to the next call. Block this number
