Don't bother calling them.
1. IF they were suing, they would have your address.
2, REAL process servers do nog warn you that they are coming.
3. Give your state attorney general's office a call.
4. Think scam & scare tactics,
ID themselves as the "F&B Firm". Wouldn't give me any more information. Hemmed and hawed when I asked them if they were a debt collection group. Clearly debt collectors masquerading as a law firm . See: http://mrnumber.com/1-415-634-9124
