I googled this number and well what do ya know...they are calling you too! Its frustrating. I answer they say nothing and hang up. It's pissing me off. How does one report it?
Find this scammer! Searched the web for grants years ago!
Sick of the 10 phone calls a day! Just know its them, don't even have to check caller id.

6 phone calls yesterday and 3 already today and its not even 11 am yet. When I call back i get a busy signal. When I answer they hang up right away. They are calling my dang cell phone for cyring out loud!!
