THIS IS A SCAM! IRS DOES NOT CALL YOU EVER. THEY ONLY CORRESPOND THROUGH MAIL. Robot voice or woman on drugs states name as HEATHER GREY of the IRS. Don't be fooled. Never call back but, report the number.
I received a call as well. Same as above, robotic voice stating that she is Office Heather Grey from the Internal Revenue Service and that it is a time sensitive matter and to have myself of my attorney of record contact them. Definitely a scam. I have never known the IRS to correspond by phone, and an automated message at that.
As above, received automated call which I felt was a scam. Called number back from caller ID, a foreign speaking man answered as IRS, lots of voices could be heard in the background, then I hung up. Definitely a scam!!!
