Not a fan of anything EXCEPT pay for performance deals. I don't pay for "leads" or subscriptions or trash like that. If you want to impress me, you're going to put some skin in the game. You won't get paid until something closes. That way I don't have to pay you for leads like "Mickey Mouse" and "Daffy Duck" - or for those that you found on the internet on the way to amazon.com - or from your sucky websites that promise "more info" all you have to do is put in your name, address and email to get more info - and then you want me to pay for that as a 'lead'?? I think not.
