It is definitely some sort of routing used by a company that operates payphones. My friend called from a payphone right around the corner (in St. Louis) and this number came up on caller i.d.
My teenage son received a call from his biological father/my exhusband on his 18th birthday on his cell phone from this number. My son asked him where he was and he said at a pay phone. My son asked him specifically if he was in CA and he denied it. His Dad's address should be Abingdon, VA which is a totally different coast. This call came in on 5/4/07 at 9:25 pm EST and my son called my right away. Could it be a calling card placed call from a pay phone? Just a thought....
peadog April 9, 2007 sounds reasonable because I too got calls from this payphone and the person I believe was calling me lives in San Andreas, CA - which is about 20 miles from Burson, CA. You will have to Google Burson, it's a very small town east of Lodi/Stockton, southeast of Sacramento. Not much of a town, dinky store... mexican restaurant... don't think they have gas in that town any longer.
