Called twice. When i answerd they hung up. When i tried calling the number back i got the recording that the number was disconnected

Received a call from this number and my wife answered. The person (with a foreign voice) said that he was calling about her computer. She said "what is a computer" and then hung up.
Same here stated my computer had something wrong with it wanted 10.00 to fix...i couldn't really understand him...then when i asked him where he was calling from he called me a mother fu....
Pretty much like above. Said from microsoft. I asked why are you calling me. She said with a foreign accent that I called her every night with my computer. Now on my call blocking list.
