I got a call from a"Bryan Adams" trying to get $1100 from me. Claimed to represent 3 companies that I've supposedly done business with, but wouldn't tell me who they were. Repeatedly told me, that if anyone else called about this matter tell them tell that its being handled by someone. Told me repeatedly never to give out his phone number. Called 4 times @ my job, called my cell phone 12 times in one day( 07/15/08 ). He's getting on my last f###ing nerve.
The caller had a foreign accent but a very English name (Bryan Adams). He was very rude and threatened me. He threatened to ruin my life if I didn't pay an obscene amount of money. He told me that a police car would be at my house this afternoon to pick me up for not paying. I had already spoken to the attorney general for our state about this number and he said it was a MAJOR scam.
