I'm receiving these calls daily as well and am fed up! As you stated, why can't these low life sludge of the world be tracked and shut down? Their parents must be proud.

Scam call from San Francisco claiming to be Canada Revenue Agency threatening to arrest me if I do not return call to a certain number. I continuously get this call and don't know why this number cannot be shut down and the scammer arrested!!! It appears to be a legitimate address in the USA. You would have to be a moron to fall for this scam but I'm sure it would scare some elderly person into calling. These people are sick [***] and should be behind bars.
