answered and call was dropped

answered call,  was like a message playing but in spanish..

They called my cell phone; so I had to pay for the call.  Nobody answered.  When I called back I get nothing

No sound.  Just said hello and no one was there.

Called my cell...recorded female voice was in Spanish.  I hung up.
