Who called from 4156826963

They call me repeatedly without leaving a message, I called back and a recording said it is ERC and the call is being recorded. I hung up at that point

Caller ID said "San Francisco, CA".  No msg left.

Got a scam call support to be Dish Network. Saying that I owe them over $700.00 so I hung up the phone and called Dish Network and I didn't owe them nothing.

Call everyday and caller ID says San Francscoca. I first read San Fransisco until I really looked at the ID.
