I have gotten multiple calls from this number and the similar 415-683-6181 in the past couple weeks. Both callers, though "6282" slightly less frequently, call almost every other day, leave no message, and hang up immediately if I answer. Hope somebody else shares my annoyance so eventually they can be stopped...
