Received the same call from the U.S.Treasury Dept of Legal Affairs. Caller said this was a verbal notification and that his name was Allan Carter if I understood it correctly. Message went on to say that upon returning the call to have present an attorney. If call not returned it could result in a legal mess.
Just got a call from scammer "Allen Carter" and he left this number. Hard to understand due to thick accent and poor English. Background noise makes it sound like he is in a call center. We got a similar call last night. I didn't answer, but the family member who did said the caller identified himself as being from the U.S. Treasur-ury. Ha ha!! Would love to report it and I have a great recording of the call. Any idea who I should report it to?

I Recieved a call from an Allen Carter with The Department of Legal Affairs who threathen encroachment action! So thankful I googled this- at first I was upset.
He is now claiming to be "Richard Harrison" of the Department of Treasury, Badge # 24213. Said they were issuing a warrant for our arrest and in the next 30 minutes we would be arrested. [***] Clown freaked my wife out.
