Received call from this unknown number, went to voicemail but left no message. Looks like another textbook cold-calling tele-scammer tag.

Didn't pick up, no message left.

Called the number back and it says the survey is complete, wtf!

Asked for my husband, mispronounced our name in the most insulting yet amusing way yet. I do give him kudos for that. Says he is from Medicaid and he needed to confirm his information. He doesn't have Medicaid nor had he ever applied for it.
