Also recieved a blocked name from 415-691-4877. Did not answer and waited for someone to leave a message which they didn't. Called back and the number was busy.Definitely a fake!
This number (415) 691-4877 has called me several times at work and left voice-mail messages. They just say, "This is Lisa, please give me a call back at 1-800-440-6613. My direct extension is 3204."

Rude, obnoxious collectors who violate every consumer rights law in the book. If you get a call from 800-440-6613 file a complaint with the FTC under debt collection. They don’t let you get a word in edge-wise as they are busy yelling at and disrespecting you. Shocking and unacceptable that a credible organization like Capitol One would allow these people to sink to loan shark methods of collecting.
