I blocked them weeks ago, but they still keep calling and calling. They've called 4 times in a row today now, two calls of which were just one minute apart. Seeing that nobody seems to know what their intent is (and no one responds when calls are answered), I'm not sure why they're bothering to call at all. Maybe they're just trying to find out when people are home? Makes no sense.
NOTE: WhitePages.com says that it's a VoIP line operated by Onvoy, and CallCenter.com says that the area code is managed by Level 3 Communications on switch number SNFCCASYDS0.
For the last two evenings at approximately 7:00 pm I received 5 phone calls from this number. Sometimes there was no response on the other end while once a man identified himself as Jeff from outreach services....all simply hung up.
