Just when I take them off my "Blocked Calls" list, they pull me back in!

Annoying scumbags from Blah Blah Blah Insurance Company.  You're back on the "Blocked Calls" list, [***] Clowns!

It called 5 times within a 5 hour window. No messages.

called a couple of times a day. I didn't pick up. Does not leave any voice message.

never been so pissed off. called me at early morning hours while I was sleeping. left no message. I blocked them....scammers, need to be identified and face the music. I also reported them with the Trade Federal Commission....donotcall.gov  protecting American Consumers.

How can I block them
