Sorry guys, the last three 'ventures' that have been pitched to me (some with very 'big' names attached to them) have kamikaze'd straight down in flames, crashed, burned and every investor lost their wad.

Spam flags went up when the caller failed to mention which realty company he was from. Who refereed him to me. And, the biggest kicker, he mentioned an area about 2 hours away.... These guys really don't do their homework.
