Yeah. A guy by the name of Chebat owns (owned?) a couple of fraud shops & the A.G. handed him his [***] on a plate. Check Systems being one of them. In 2012 Chebat paid hefty fines and was ordered to comply with state & federal regulations. As is normal in the fraud capitol of the western hemisphere (Buffalo) those orders were quickly forgotten & business continued as usual. Now there are more cases making there way to court & I hear that there's a guy named Eric in Albany who is cooperating with them. I think the AG is a bit miffed at being ignored!
It's just no longer a good idea to be a "Buffalo Boy" anymore. The tide has turned & "Good Riddance"!
Have a great Thanksgiving Res.!

Receiving many calls from this number. When I return the call they place me on hold and never come back. I do not owe this company or anybody for that matter any money. Must be fraudulent or a scam.
I got a call from them a few weeks ago. They also called my parents house. When I called them back I tried to get the name of the company out of them and would not give it. Then he finally said it was "snaps". I said you are named after the food assistance program ?. He said no, I laughed and he tried over and over to get more info from me. Finally I hung up. Speed through to today and I get a call saying they are from Chex Systems and they are going to cash a check If I don't call them back within 24-48 hours. I called Chex Systems and they are aware of these frauds. I gave them the area code of what called (415) and number I was suppose to call back (469) and they informed me they have no exchanges in that area code. I reported to Ohio Attorney General both times. Do not fall for there line of BS and hang up !.
