Heavily accented man claimed to be from Rogers Communication offering a deal on phone/internet/tv of $99 for 2 years. Got this call rather late for telemarketers (9:30pm) and the number is registered to the US, while Rogers is a Canadian company. Leaning toward it being a scam.
