He introduced himself as Rabbi Arthur Segal(he said to call him Artie) and could I please buy few books that his wife was ill?.I had donated in political campaigns and I guess this is how he found me.Called both home and cell I think it is something very strange.I have 2 teenage girls, he pretty much got me paranoid.I can not block him he keeps calling. I assume Rabbi's are nice people.If this Artie character reads this ENOUGH!!! please,I do not want to call the authorities thank you

They call constantly and every time they call, I hear a Bloop sound and it is followed by a man saying good evening or whatever then ask for my pledge on donations or something. It get's really annoying, I lied a few times to them about me not understanding english/ being underage and they STILL try to talk to me!
Said he was a paid representative of the Fraternal order of Police asking for a pledge. Sounded like a scammer and said he didn't stop talking long enough for me to politely tell him I wouldn't contribute, I just hung up.
