just received a message saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I called the number she wanted my name mailing address zip code. If they are filing a lawsuit they would already know this.. told them I was not giving out info to them
Said they were from the IRS and that they were going to take legal action against me for not paying correct taxes in 2013 and 2014. When I asked why I had not been notified in writing, the caller said, "Because you are sexy and I love you". I instantly hung up!
I got a call from this number and a man with an Indian accent told me he was with the IRS and they were 'filing a lawsuit against me for unpaid taxes". Of course, I got anxious and told him I knew nothing about this and didn't believe I was in error at all. Then, he got angry and told me I was going to be arrested, etc if I didn't pay him some of the $9860 I owed. Then I hung up. Obviously, it's a scam but this guy should go to jail for harrasment.
