It is a scam collection agency wont give you any of their infor but sure want yours. Had a woman screaming at me two weeks ago after I told her that they were crooks. Keep saying I will be served still waiting 6 months later, try to scare you or a family member into pay a debt that is not valid. Report them to your states attorney.
Getting harassing calls from this collection agency who claim they have a lawsuit against me. It is about a Wells Fargo account I had 10years ago. I wonder how a big bank like Wells Fargo is associated with a harassing entity.
Maybe I will start a lawsuit against Wells Fargo. Shame on you Wells Fargo. You got bailed out by us (citizens)
just got some message on my phone at work about a legal matter. This always cracks me up because part of my job is to handle legal matters for my JOB! I know what has to be done in order to file anything. It is a HUGE SCAM. I am so tired to getting calls like this. I wish someone would finally stop these people!
