Who called from 4157353336

I'd sure like to know who this is.  They keep calling and hanging up when I answer.

A construction company's telemarketer - they asked for me by name. I asked who's calling, the woman said "Blah-blah Construction - wish I could remember the company name. She then hung up right after I asked "Why are you calling me." Not the first time the Caller ID (only says San Francisco) has shown up.

CID is bogus/hacked. A SF, CA number calling other SF, CA numbers.

Rings through to v-mail, but never leaves a message.

Calls several times a week, but not more than once a day, so far.

Received call today from a female who said she was calling from Smart Construction. Told me they had just completed a job in my city and wanted to know if I needed any work done. I advised I have nothing and not interested. She hung up after I said that. Suspect a scam since some other so called companies have called with the same spiel.
