•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Calling All Day Long. 1st was the Voice mail..
“Your physical address is under Federal investigation. So you need to reach us back as soon as possible. Our department call back number is 415-735-7988. I repeat it's 415-735-7988. Thank you and have a good day.”
I call number back to see who it might be- I then get
"THANK YOU FOR CALLING TAX AUDIT DEPT OF INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES ALL OF OUR OFFICERS ARE BEESY AT THE MOMENT SO LEAVE A MESSAGE AFTER THE BEEP"
All day today, they are Constantly calling back to back with me picking it up and hanging it up I pick up and asked who this was "Your Daddy" was the response. Called me back every second after hanging up - this time I answered and screamed to stop calling...His foreign accent response was "Lick my D _ _ _" repeated several times, then proceeded to keep calling me. Just called again at this writing, and the voice mail sounds garbled in Arabic? with a repeated chant over and over and over..all the way throughout this voice mail...
