This number along with other numbers with the same area code always call my house, and every time in pick up or when the number leaves a message, it's just 5 or 6 seconds silence.
Received a call from this scrote this morning. This is a spoofed caller number (over the Internet and phony). When you call the number you get a recoding stating the number is not reachable.
Gruff mail voice, said he was from BH Construction. Other internet accounts state he is using a suspended contractor's license number and that he was fired from a licensed contractor. When told number was on DNC, said did not have to follow it. (According to Internet accounts, he claims he is exempt because he is only performing a "free" survey) I asked him then if were willing to tell that to the judge and the FTC has fined and imprisoned persons violating rules. When I asked if he liked Joliet (the federal prison in Joliet has housed some telemarketers), he became irritated and hung up.
Note not only is there a violation for violating do not call list rules, but phony caller id is separate violation.
Do not give him any information. He is a true low life crook.

Caller is ABUSING the Seadragon CRM app, likeky to unpolitely cold-call potential customers. That's why CID is spoofed as "SEADRAGON APP." But, leaving no message, can't really know why the caller is hiding behind Seadragon.
