Next time they call I'm going to donate my Rolls Royce and mess with them. What';s your charity number so I can deduct it? Oops, that's the door can I call you back? And so on.
Their motto is "Empty your bank account into ours! Do it now. Please. We won't do anything to earn it."
If they don't leave a message in the first call, they get blocked -- forever. No second chances. Simple. We have tools to fend the jackals off. Füçk off. I hope their colons get blocked, where they need permanent colostomies, and remain bedridden (where they belong) for the rest of their lives.
I feel murderous towards these scoundrels. If I knew where they lived and I could get away with it (and I would get away with it), I would massacre them, as well as their spouses, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts and uncles, great-aunts and uncles, first cousins, second cousins, third cousins. That is how much I despise these callers. This is a bonefide death threat. All they want—really—is your cash, and they deceive any way they can to get you to sign over your assets.
The asśholes say: "But we have to earn a living." What they do is not an honest living. Learn a skill and stop being a burden on society. Up theirs. Do me a favor: commit suicide.

It depends on the manner the phone call is coming in. Landline, cell phone, Internet phone all have different ways of combatting the illicit turds.
For landline, "CPR Call Blocker" does wonders. When we didn't have it, we got 2-3 illicit callers per day. Each of those calls makes me feel unsafe, because I feel like there are wolves at the door. It was imperative — even if we had to get rid of the landline — to make the calls stop. CPR Call Blocker you can get on Amazon or from the company directly. Their customer service gets a "B." The unit isn't cheap, over $80. One thing that is a big plus is that CPR Call Blocker comes built-in a repository of phone numbers (robocalls and such) that are known offenders, and automatically blocks those numbers without you knowing a thing about it. There are some things that are clunky about this gadget, but I can't have everything. It has a 1,200 phone number capacity, which is necessary.
I also have a Panasonic DECT cordless phone which has rudimentary call blocking, but the number of phone numbers you can block is something like 30. Thirty is way too few. With CPR Call Blocker, the DECT phone is obsolete. But years' ago, Panasonic DECT cordless phones was the only thing I could find that would block calls at all, but Panasonic hasn't kept up with the times, where now you need to block hundreds of phone numbers rather than dozens.
