Called 6 times in 2 days no message. When answered, male with heavy eastern Indian accent says that he is with a firm that processes grant applications. Since I never applied for one, I said not interested and please remove my number. He continues to call regularly, including twice on THANKSGIVING!!  Who does that??
Nobody reputable calls on a holiday. Definitely a scam.
