Received a voice mail from them at work, they said that if I didn't call them back that I would be "in big trouble" and that all they could do is "wish me luck with my trouble". Found out it's a collection agency for the payday lender Fast Cash.
Yes i received the same call yesterday and they said i need to give them my attorney's name becasue i am being charged i have never even heard of this company
I got the same call...and the person kept calling and calling, then said I had a court date and needed to be in CA next week for it or I need to pay for the court fees.
This man called and said I owe a lot of money and I have a court date in San Francisco for next Tuesday. I do not owe anyone any money but I kept receiving calls from this number many times per day.
I finally had my mom call him and he hung up on her five times when she pressed him for more information. She said that when he answered he identified himself as John Williams but when she asked for information he said that my lawyer would have to call him back at that number and for my lawyer to ask for him but he gave his name as Andy Brown at that point.
I feel this is a vicious scheme and I have reported it to my local State authorities.
I am just wondering how many people have been cheated out of their money to get rid of these guys?
