Has kids and uneducated people wire money from moneygram venmo paypal etc.beforehandand then takes the money. you can see all his marijuana ads on Craigslist inWashington DC and other major cities across U.S.  Does anyone really think once ANYONE gets your money that they are going to meet you or face numerous federal charges shipping pot across state lines????  This guy has the added perk that nobody he rips off can go to police, and Craigslist doesn't care either. Flag all his Craigslist ads every day and report phone number or he will continue ripping people off.
