They have called my number several times with different numbers, they have a complaint against my name and social security number. They do have my number right but when i asked if i had been served, he said if you where home yesterday i would have been served i asked what address hehung up the phone. Sorry i do not have any out standing bills. So i wish i knew where they get info. And who is saling my info to them.
This is a debt scavenger who uses 4-5 different phone numbers. They also use the deceptive practice of saying they have a complaint against your social security #. Found its a place out of Minnetonka Minnesota called Revenue Recovery Service. They have numerous complaints lodged against them with the Better Business Bureau & various states attorneys from what I've read. Another # is 855-244-7206 & 855-782-1158. They threaten people to pay them immediately by phone or you will be taken to court or the police will be called. Check the BBB for yourself

received call from 415 766 0521 on Dec 2, said they had claim against my social security number, pressed 1 to talk with someone, but music played, no one picked up, I hung up
