I get them constantly they call relatives and everything my local police said they have no record and either my county I have no idea what they are talking about and they won't stop if it was just me it would bother me so but they call extended family as well any way to make them stop
The woman said she is an attorney and that I owed money to a payday loan company she told me the amount owed the account number the document numbers for legal action that has already been sent when I told her that my phone alerted as a scam she got an attitude. She also said this loan was back in 09. She verified my address

They had a guy call me and state that he was from out of town to servensure me a summons on an unpaid payday loan from 2012. He then said to settle the debt out of court call this number 415-767-0505.I spoke with a woman that knew my address, phone number and last 4 of my SS#. These people have to get caught. This is ridiculous.

I got a call from this number, I told them to send me a letter stating what the issue was. They proceeded to give me an attitude and said that they were sending a sheriff to my place of employment with a warrant. I told them I would be waiting and that I was calling the BBB and reporting them for extortion. NEVER give your information to anyone over the phone, it's all a scam.
