Robo called [illegal in California] left partial voice mail with absolutely no information on why they called.

I'm on the DNC list and this number is now on my blocked caller list.

The voice mail I got said: "This is an important message for business owners. Attention business owners. There's a new SBA loan program that allows business owners to obtain an SBA loan for as low as 6% interest rate in less than 10 business days for up to 150 thousand dollars with no collateral."

Up to $150 thousand? At 6%? With no collateral? . . . and this is right after the transporter malfunction during an ion storm, right?

It's a robo call for business owner.
