Same here. I got the same voice message about a week ago from a different number out of Sunnyvale CA.  When we called back it was someone claiming to be with the IRS.  They were rude and threatening.  When we challenged them, they got crazy and started saying things that made no sense. When I called them out, they started insulting me and said they were going to send people to arrest me.  I hung up.
