Left no message.  Caller ID from San Fransico

We got a call from this number today at 3:46 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was INCOMING CALL. No voice mail message was left. Our caller ID by default is blocked for outgoing calls, so I called back. I heard a recording stating that I had reached the automated opt-out services to be removed from their telemarketing calling list. This is clearly a violation of the law because we are on the National Do Not Call List (which has proven to be ineffective). This number will be added to our call blocker.

Caller ID read Incoming Call 415-803-8011 this evening. Did not pick up. No message left.

Received call from this number in the afternoon.  It hang up as soon as I picked up the phone.  Called ID stated it's a call from San Fran.

no message left on recorder called at almost 8p.  usually means telemarketer or scam.
