This is a new (to me, at least) telemarketer tactic. I got a call from this number and picked it up (our number is on the DNC list, but only recently). A woman on the other end clicks her headset off mute and asks for someone who doesn't live here. Pretending she's dialed a wrong number, she then launches into her sales pitch (I hung up before she got to the company's name). If they call you, get the company name, and file an FCC form 1088 on-line here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
Whoever they are, they've called 3 times already, and hung up on the answering machine each time. I dismissed it as a wrong number, but apparently I'm not the only one getting these calls, I'll have to report them to the Do Not Call agencies.
