Excessive calls, usually no message, but a couple of times a scammy sounding call about a number of patients asking them if I accept out-of-pocket/self-pay patients. No one asks that question. Of course I take self pay. The patients ask if I accept assignment of insurance benefits. And why would they call Opencare, a service I never signed up for? If patients have my name I'm very easy to reach.

Obviously, this is some sort of bait to get me to sign up with their service. I'd never sign up with a service that begins with a deception.
I receive numerous calls from this number, but when I answer, no one is ever on the other end. It appears from this and other sites that this number belongs to Opencare. Has anyone successfully gotten them to stop calling? I am not in the health care business, never have been, and the calls are coming to my home phone.
"Eva" from Open Care, claiming that she's getting requests for our services by "patients", can't call her back. Have left numerous messages asking her to desist. I finally blocked her number on our business line. Her number: 614-980-0444 in OH. They look like robocalls and originating numbers are all over the U.S. I have looked her up -- she's in Toronto Canada -- Eva Tang.
