Repeated calls received, all hang-ups after outgoing answering maching message completes.

Website provides form for contacting, have sent instructions to cease harassing phone calls.

If anyone knows what these calls are about I would appreciate knowing.
(Canada's do-not-call list does not cover calls originating in the US, let alone the Philippines, of course.)
