pre-recorded message that there is a warrant out for my arrest from the IRS.

These people pretended they are the IRS and  kept calling me and I called them back, When I let them know I knew they are a scam, they started verbally abusing me with profanity.

I had a call from this number also saying there was a lawsuit against me to call asap

They've called me 3 times. I just keep playng around with them. I found out they dont like big black balls
