called my cell, no message

KTCO, I am having an increase in the number of robocalls. The FCC has completely given up on DNC.

Unrecognized number. Blocked for the future. Scumbags.

Actually, the FCC has nothing to do with the DNC, it is the FTC.

Got a call on my cell didn't answer left no VM! It said it was from Novato CA! Tried calling back from another # nothing but silence never rang then hung up after 43 seconds. So I tried calling from the phone that they called same thing as the other call!! Not blocking this # waiting to see if they call back so I can pick up the phone & either scream or blow a whistle into  their ear!!! Then I will block it along with the many other # I have. I swear my blocked #'s are getting to be as long as my contract list!!!
