This is one of the biggest scam these people ask you for all your information. Maybe for identity theft. Dont fall for it..its posted on cragslist for auto detailing job...dont fall for it..like they say its sound to good to be true..its a scam!

I recently encountered a scammer using this number when I applied for a administrative assistant position on Craig's list. I got a reply stating the position had been filled but there was a personal assistant position available with a $300 a week salary. I got red flags right away when he said I couldn't meet him until he got back into town next month from Canada. I went along with it to see where it would go, the position was officially "confirmed" and I was hired. He asked for my name and address so he could send me the funds for my first weeks task. I gave it to him. He told me I would begin my first weeks task on Thursday.
At this point I knew it had to be to good to be ture. But I awaited a response. Wednesday I recived a email with my tasks and instructions. He said a check for $2300.44 wil be arriving in the mail. He provided me with a tracking number the check wss being sent via USPS. He wanted me to deposit the check and withdrawl $650 for a walmart to walmart money transfer then $600 for a moneygram plus I was to purchase $170 in baby stuff for a foundation called motherless babies. Then $300 was my weeks salary and the remaining was for next weeks task. I did not deposit the check all though I told him I did. Then things changed, he wanted me to do two $800 10 minute walmart to walmart money transfers at that point I was positive it was a scam. I told him I was not comfortable with him changing things up and that I wanted to wait 3-5day until the check cleared. He assured me the money had been withdrawn from his account and that he needed to pay for the "equipment" he had previously precioused today! After that I did not continue any further means of communication. He tried reaching out to me, asking if I was there? And when was I going to walmart?

I hope my experience can help someone else from getting scammed, I am lucky that I had the right mind to be cautious about the whole thing. Like they always say if it look like its to good to be true it probably is.

I received a text message from the same number. I have gotten an email about being a personal assistant by a Mr. J Craig, then in the next email he sent, he went by Craig J James. Watch out for these kinds of emails! A total scam! The email was sent by [email protected]
