Received a call @ 0928 from 863-1021 with no area code on caller I'd.No message was left, a disconnected number recording was played back when I dialed this number.Who are these clowns?
I receive calls from this number on a daily basis with no forwarding or ANY information,however when I dial the number that is shown on my caller ID,I get a number disconnected recording.I left a message also on the "who called me" website.
